Trust & disclosure

Business-purpose only
01Loan Daddy LLC acts as a broker, not a lender, and results are estimates only.

03Use business-purpose investment property scenarios only. No owner-occupied requests.

Start with rent and recurring expenses

Use actual lease income when available, or a conservative market rent estimate. Include taxes, insurance, HOA dues, maintenance, and property management so the NOI estimate is realistic.

Compare multiple payment assumptions

If the purchase is rate-sensitive, test several debt-service inputs. A deal that qualifies under one payment may become tight when rates, taxes, or insurance move higher.
